The Alessandro Russo 2011-2020 catalog is available at the prestigious Libreria Bocca, a historic place in Italy since 1775, under the patronage of the Ministry of Heritage and Cultural Activities. The publication brings together the artist's most representative works, produced between 2011 and 2020.
In addition to the normal version, it is possible to purchase a special edition accompanied by a retouchè, a fine limited print finished by hand by the Maestro.
We wait to know when the official presentation of the catalog in the library will take place.
Alessandro Russo - born in Catanzaro in 1953, has always been very close to his hometown, where he decides to stay for a good part of his artistic and working career (he will teach at the Academy of Fine Arts in Catanzaro as a teacher of Decoration). Alessandro Russo, in more than forty years of painting, has fueled an experience of solid personality in the international figurative panorama, exhibiting, both in Italy and abroad, in important galleries and institutional places. In 2011, to crown a courageous and coherent career, we remember his invitation to the Italian Pavilion for the Venice Biennale. Currently, he teaches at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts as a teacher of Decoration.
